Education & Experience
Paul earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Masters in Business Administration from Ashford University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida and will be transferring his license into the State of Michigan. Paul has been in the municipal utility industry for over 28 years and has worked in Illinois, Indiana, North Carolina and Florida.
