View & Pay your utility bill online

Click the link above to log in to your PSN account. Here you can view usage & pay your monthly utility bill online.

You can use your checking / savings account, credit and debit card: such as Mastercard, Visa and Discover or process your payment by calling the 24 hour payment line at 1-877-885-7968. Here are some important things to remember:

  • If possible, please use a checking/routing number to pay through PSN - this is the cheapest option.
  • Only residential customers and small business accounts are allowed to pay through PSN using a credit card.
  • Any credit card that is attached to a 'reward type of service' will not work, or will require an additional fee, when using PSN.

Due to credit card fees when paying online, we recommend that customers pay through other means. We are the most secure, accurate, and cheapest option. Autopay is the easiest way to pay your utility bill hassle-free without any fees.

If you cannot pay on the due date of their bill through autopay and still prefer to pay online, ask your bank if they have a money-transfer program in place for the payment of utility bills.
