In the event of a power outage, please call the CBPU office at (517) 279-9531 to report a service outage or downed power line. For any other emergencies, call 911. 

However, please note that the CBPU may request that no more calls be made to the office to report an outage. Outages are generally noted in the AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) system.
