Establishing New Service


Residential and / or Business accounts must provide the following documentation to establish a NEW account:

Business accounts will require a deposit to be determined by the CBPU on an individual case basis

Social Security Numbers are the preferred form of identification, but are not required.  If the social security number cannot be validated, the CBPU may ask for deposit to secure the account.
