Here are a few basic guidelines that may help you decide what cable package you're looking for:

Analog Programming

Our Basic and Expanded Basic package has the cable channels that most customers recognize. 

Some TV's, especially older models, may require a converter box to receive all analog programming. We offer converter boxes at no charge should you need one.

Digital Programming

Our Digital package offers more programming and provides a sharper, clearer image.  All TV’s require a digital receiver to receive digital programming.

High Definition Television (HDTV)

Our HDTV package is also digital, but the picture is twice as sharp.  If your HDTV is QAM ready, you can pick up digital off air channels at no charge without any additional equipment.  Not all HDTV’s are QAM ready, so some HDTV’s may require equipment.  To get premium High Definition programming, like ESPN, Discovery, Fox Sports, etc, you'll need equipment like an HD Receiver or an HD DVR (Digital Video Recorder).

HD Digital Video Recorder (DVR)

Our DVR works much like a TIVO box.  You can pause live TV, back up, replay and skip forward.  You can also watch one program while you record another or record series to your likings.
