The Coldwater Downtown Business Association (DBA) is a viable, member-funded and operated nonprofit organization. Since its inception in 1964, the DBA has collaborated with the City of Coldwater, the Coldwater Downtown Development Authority (DDA), and other local organizations to promote a healthy, vital downtown for Coldwater’s residents and visitors.

This organization has helped create customer traffic in downtown Coldwater and encourages a positive attitude among business people through various promotions and special events.

 

 

Join the Downtown Business Association

Being a member of the DBA gives you the opportunity to partake in strategizing special events and related customer tactical planning, participate in cross-promotional marketing opportunities, and be featured through the gift certificate program.

Members include retail merchants, restaurant and service providers, professionals, and media, financial or corporation associates. You do not have to be located within the central business district to be a member.

Downtown Events and Parades

The DBA supports many fun events and parades in downtown Coldwater throughout the year. The full list is below.

Please take note that in an effort to maintain a safe environment the parking spaces along Chicago Street are blocked off 2 hours prior to a special event or parade. Parking for any event or parade is available in the city parking lots in the downtown area, side streets and areas not identified with traffic cones.
