Coldwater, Mich. (10 Mar. 2023) – The Coldwater Board of Public Utilities (CBPU) is pleased to announce that it has been selected as the Chamber of Commerce's 2022 Business of the Year. The Business of the Year award recognizes "a business, small or large, that goes out of its way to become a community partner. [The] business donates time, resources, and leadership to support projects and activities that benefit the community."

From donating to local organizations, to furthering education for our employees, we want to leave a positive impact on the City of Coldwater,” said Paul Jakubczak, PE, the Utility Director with the CBPU, “Public utilities are, and always have been, about serving the people. So, we’re honored that our community recognized us as this year’s Business of the Year.”
