It will be able to be used year-round. The City Coldwater is Dennis Peet's hometown, and Dennis said he has a good relationship with Mayor Thomas Kramer, so Solar Time Tracker, LLC was happy to give the Solartimetracker picnic table to the Coldwater Recreation.
