Public Power Week Webpage Banner

The Coldwater Board of Public Utilities (CBPU) has recently been celebrating Public Power Week (Sun., Oct 3 - Sat., Oct. 9). The CBPU is the public power provider for the City of Coldwater. They are one of the 2,000 communities with a public power utility in the United States and 5 U.S. territories. With one in seven Americans getting their electricity from a public power provider, the CBPU, and other public power utilities, make it their mission to offer lower rates than other electric utilities and be a more reliable source for power. The CBPU is celebrating being a public power provider by posting campaign videos that showcase what the CBPU is all about. Public Power Week is an opportunity for public utilities to educate citizens on and promote their public utility. Questions? Contact the CBPU at (517) 279-9531.
