Starting Monday, April 19th, the CBPU will begin the semi-annual hydrant flushing throughout the City. As always, flushing will start with Ward 1, then 3, 2, and finally 4. During flushing, you may notice a slight discoloration of your water. If this occurs, slowly run cold water out of your faucet until the water becomes clear. Also, this is a good time to flush hot water heaters - improving the quality and efficiency.
