The Rotary Splash Park at Heritage Park Is Now Open

Taking place of the old Heritage Pool, Rotary Splash Park features a wide range of water-play options for children of all ages. The park will has two public restrooms for guests to use, as well as a pavilion to get some shade and have lunch. The splash pads are designed with little or no standing water resembling the safer backyard sprinkler concept of cool-down water play. We do suggest wearing water shoes as the surface may be hot, and rough. The park is intended to be a very social and community building type of space.

Hours of operation are 10am to 8pm and admission is free.

Community Enrichment Director, Julie Santure said, “This addition makes the Heritage Recreation area really unique. The Rotary Splash Park is one more reason to all that Heritage Park has to offer to everyone within the community.”

A special thank you to the Coldwater Noon Rotary, the Coldwater Township Sunrise Rotary, and the MDNR Land and Water Conservation Fund for making this wonderful addition become a reality.
