[ARCHIVED] The City of Coldwater Is Now Accepting Bids for Renovations to Four Corners Park

Four Corners

The City of Coldwater, MI will receive bids for completing renovations to the Northeast and Southeast Quadrants of Four Corners Park located in downtown Coldwater at the intersection of Chicago Drive and Division/Marshall Streets. This bid will include, but not be limited to removals from the existing park, installation of new brick and concrete surfaces, masonry Veterans Memorial Wall, columns, electrical service improvements with new lighting, water, and stormwater improvements, landscaping, irrigation, various other improvements, and removals of existing elements. (The City will remove the existing memorials from the park prior to construction and reinstall the finished improvements. The City will also provide and install all site furnishings). 

Bid Security shall be made payable to the City of Coldwater, Michigan in the amount of five percent of the Bidder’s maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a Surety. Prevailing wages ARE NOT required.

Bids are due Tuesday, February 16, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. Local Time in Effect to be submitted in a sealed and labeled envelope to the City of Coldwater, 1 Grand Ave, Coldwater, MI 49036. Interested bidders may acquire the bid documents from the City of Coldwater website at
