The City of Coldwater will be accepting bids for the construction of a Locker Room Facility located in the lower level of the Public Safety Building. The contract comprises the construction of a staff locker room complete with shower, ADA bathroom & lavatory, ceiling, wall, and floor finishes as specified. The City of Coldwater will be receiving bids until 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 4, 2020.

Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a pre-bid site-visit, which will be held at the City of Coldwater’s Public Safety Building at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2020. At the event, bidders will be able to become acquainted with the site conditions and specifications. They will also be encouraged to ask any questions they may have concerning the project.
