As part of a long-term strategy to strengthen the regional workforce, increase talent retention, and make it easier for employers to access the trainings and resources that make this possible, a needs survey is now available to employers in Branch County. The survey will be available through the first week of September.
The survey covers topics which include: skills in demand by employers; factors that limit employers’ ability to take advantage of local training programs; programs that would be beneficial but are currently unavailable; specific certifications that are in demand, and others.
