- 8:30 am program at Four Corners
- 9:15 am parade from Four Corners to Fremont St.
- Approx 9:40 dedication at the Willows Bridge
Gathering at the Bandstand in Old Oak Grove Cemetery
10:30 program at The Gathering of Flags- War Memorial, Oak Grove Cemetery
