During your installation, the CBPU will upgrade your current cable modem to work with the new Gig-Fiber system. You can keep your own wireless router, although we encourage you to use Plume, as managed WiFi gives both you and the CBPU the best way to ensure that your internet service works at its optimal performance level.
The CBPU is aware that this price point is $10 higher than our current cable modem rate of $49.99; however, the service level is unmatched. We are extremely proud to provide Gig bi-directional internet service for this price! The CBPU is the first provider in our state to offer this amazing speed at this low of a price. We are very excited for our customers!
