The CBPU Customer Service Team, known for its ability to connect with customers in person, was presented a unique challenge with COVID-19. The vital need to keep customers and staff safe while also fulfilling our customers' needs is always a top priority. Customer Service quickly developed new ways to access service requests from the click of a mouse and the comfort of home.
