Water, Sewer & Wastewater Treatment

drinking water
We depend on fresh clean water each and every day - Behind each drop, there is a team of hard-working CBPU professionals that take pride in providing their community with a safe and bountiful supply of water while protecting the environment from impurities at the same time.

Take a few minutes to learn about the treatment processes, quality, supply, conservation and much more.

Hydrant Flushing

The CBPU will be flushing hydrants for the City of Coldwater the week of April 17th. Flushing will start with ward 1, then 3, 2 and 4. We recommend doing laundry once crews have flushed hydrants in your area. Also, this is a good time to flush hot water heaters - improving the quality and efficiency. Motorists should use caution in and around areas where hydrant operation is taking place. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at 517-279-9531.
